1 potato flake fish stick – microwaved

1 cup 2% Milk

1 radish

1 potato without skin in the microwave

1 banana

Medium rash on left hand also after using soap at work.

Fish ingredients:

INGREDIENTS: Alaska Pollock fillets, breadcrumb coating, vegetable oil.

Alaska Pollock fillets
Alaska Pollock, sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain fish moisture).

Breadcrumb coating
Wheat flour, water, sugar, dehydrated potato (potatoes, mono and diglycerides), corn starch, salt, yeast, whey, maltodextrin, baking powder (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate), natural flavor.

Vegetable oil
Cottonseed and/or canola oil, rosemary extract (to protect flavor).

CONTAINS: POLLOCK, WHEAT, MILK.

 

Am itching and rashing on the left hand side, wonder if I cooked it long enough.
