1 potato flake fish stick – microwaved
1 cup 2% Milk
1 potato without skin in the microwave
Medium rash on left hand also after using soap at work.

Am itching and rashing on the left hand side, wonder if I cooked it long enough.
If I eat at Chipotle:
The other day I realized Aldi Fruit Loops has turmeric and paprika. ☹
I am allergic to Cumin, possibly chipotle chili, red chili and black pepper, sunflower oil, garlic? Tomatillos? Jalapeno. No idea on bay leaf
What about Gypsum? Or poblano peppers
