Hi, I want to start a blog so I can make some passive income on the side and have been thinking about it seriously for the last 4 months. Like I want to start it REALLLY badly. I have signed up for Business seminars and other newsletters and constantly look at sites like these to get information. I even signed up for a business mentor. I noticed you appear to be an expert in what you do and the best people to learn things are those that have done it. I would like to get some advice. First, when is the best time to form an LLC if at all. Should I worry about this at all right now or just get everything launched per your “How to Start a Blog in 2018: New Method That’s 20X Faster”. I am set on doing this and have been telling this girl I’m seeing almost every week I’m going to do a blog and even been wanting that LLC to the point it’s probably driving her mildly nuts. I just want to get it launched so I can make some income. So is it okay to do an LLC now? I think it’s only $99 in Ohio and an EIN is free to set up. I also don’t know if I have to worry about a vendor’s license if I’m trying to eventually sell my own ebooks.

Secondly, I am wondering if I need to worry about any kind of license as of right now or sales tax license right now. I have not started the blog just been working on a business plan, operating agreement but now know the legalities slightly better than I did about 4 months ago. In the meantime I started writing posts that I wanted to use ahead of time. Please give me some guidance. I want to make sure I comply with federal and state regulations but am I overly worried about that or is that something I can do at any time. I was telling my friend I want to get the company legal papers set up and out of the way that way I have less to worry about and can just concentrate on blogging and web design. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
