Molds mildews

Day four or so and haven’t had any issues with rashes so far. Haven’t been using the Waterpik. And my Utensil container has been clean. So sanitation from slime molds, mildews, cat dander and perfumes is crucial and critical. Molds also appear in blue cheeses, brie which is penicillin based and other similar products. Can’t do those any more I think.
Ergo workflow
Last night for pillow I took out my yellow pillow and just used a bunch of blankets and rolled up towel for neck support and then in the middle of the night used the Leesa pillow and slept on my right side. My neck isn’t in as much pain today as yesterday. Pillow height is definitely important. Slight neck cracking. Need Lumbar support at work for back of the chair.

Itch points
Slight itch on my left arm, bump… Is it the peppers from last night or bed??
A bit of itch at 8:48am. Was probably cellphone or need to launder my work clothes.
People obstructing the hallway
People in military walk with purpose and often carry their bags by their side. Make sure to walk tall. I tend to need to get somewhere and don’t like people walking ahead of me obstructing the hall. Move or get out of way.
Declutter and cleanliness
May need to dust and clean in my workspace some more. Molds, mildew, dust, pollen. (asbestos) DAMMP… Allergens
My friend is starting his biz soon, LLC
Get him the John Hustead LLC book. Need to probably get my mentor again. SBDC also need something there. Possible to get my times changed also. Check social media accounts. Found out yesterday already very close. Shelling out ref links soon.

Equipment and maybe GPS. Need to try to get a Mac to play with the programs and be able to mess with them. Also, maybe get an iPad maybe? New GPS.
Limit on spendable income is about $2700. Can get a Macbook for roughly $100 or less Most likely $255 price point?
