Red bump on my middle finger after lunch

Was it bed bgs or maybe the potato chips from cape cod or the chocolate cookie crisps which is made of corn. I also had some kind of white melon for lunch. Wax Gourd? Woke up middle of the night… Maybe it was due to a bite? Maybe the tartar sauce from yesterday afternoon?
