Today I had a banana for breakfast, some Cape Cod Wavy chips and some Honey O’s. Lunch was Town House Butter type crackers and also some chips and more Honey O’s and water and then this evening was rice, frozen broccoli, lettuce, tomato ketchup, turkey burger bite, some green tea (which I also had last night) and some pan cooked cabbage that my sister made. I had the runs this afternoon probably due to the banana I had earlier in the day. Awful.
