It is after 3:00pm. I just had my break and was sort of messing around with some flossing and dab moves for my own fun. I am starting to sweat either from it being warm or late in the day and thinking about the performances I must give later on. Today has been relatively peaceful and I can kind of mentally prepare myself. Not sure what to do at 4:45pm and whether I should go get something to eat or just head over to the performance place and practice there.
So today is the day to be act and give a great performance

I drove down today to work I think I need to replace my bed. Got the Sapira bed but either my sitting position at work is causing me pain or my bed is sagging in the middle springs and causing me back pain because I have no box frame. I think I will try to either get a different bed or flip the mattress again. Might send it back?
For breakfast I had a nectarine, about 4 strawberries, 1 plum and also about a cup of microwaved oatmeal at work. I will try to stand a bit more and walk around at work a little bit more, move my hips. I think that I am interested in giving a great performance. I zoned out and listened to some neural engineering videos last night, had a quick nap, had some tea also, rice, lettuce, and some Aldi tortilla wrap with microwave baked chicken. Checked funds.

AED CPR

So on Wednesday, I will be attending a few hours of AED and CPR training so I have that skill. It’s been a while since I’ve had any of that training so it’s a good idea to keep fresh on various things out in the world. Lot of times military people get drilled with exercise, weapon handling techniques and looking out for combative situations so they are often able to help out in first line situations.
