Taco Bell and Rule of 25

Today I’m set to do some training and am working on some BG inv papers, need to get some dates and times on this.

Last night my knee was feeling kind of sore so I went to Taco B. And got me a burrito and some Steak Nachos. I was wanting some Nacho Fries but I guess I ordered the wrong thing. Anyways. I also got some kind of Blue Mountain Dew drink. I also had some rice to go with that and a baked chicken leg and a potato.

I am feeling kind of hungry this morning for some reason. Eating the burrito from last night. Bean, cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, sour cream maybe. Felt like was gonna have a heart attack. Knee was still messed up and limping some. Chicken being oversalted so will try to not eat that any more.

The steak nachos were pretty good. Haven’t been doing much on the site lately. Need to work on affiliates.

Need to do more exercising also. Eat less white rice else will have Type 2 Diabetes…
