Yesterday I had some time to investigate what I was eating and doing. On Friday after work I went over to T’s house and hung out and talked and chilled. I didn’t eat anything for dinner really except maybe a few cherries and some jicama and cantaloupe before I went over. I’ve been trying my best to eat fruit in the mean time. And more vegetables. I had left work and tried to get home as soon as possible.
So after we hung out for a few hours I made a Walmart run and got food and then went home. I got a fried chicken salad from the deli section, some New York style bagel chips which was roasted garlic flavored. I got some Walmart version of the Rice Krispy treats from Walmart. I got some onion buns, some cold wings, some sweet roasted peanuts. And then then home to eat it. I added cucumber, a hard boiled egg, jicama to my salad and also some cheerios and milk and cherries likely that even possibly. I think what made me start rashing the next day was either me petting the cat or using her T’s soap she has at her place. I also had bumps on my left but mostly hives on my right hand. I think it was the bean jalapeno hummus that made me that although I did munch T and all that. And not sure what else happened. I went to bed around 1am after trying to check some stocks and crypto etc. The next morning I tried to eat the salad, bagel chips, some rice krispy treats, maybe more of the dip and kidney beans with chicken and maybe a hard boiled egg. I think maybe I can’t do the hard boiled eggs either. But I seem to be okay with fried eggs. Perhaps it’s the way I cook them. And I’m using the simple truth organic ones.
I think the jalapenos bean dip or the garlic bagel items are what is making me rash. Because I had some just a few minutes ago at 8pm and it is now 8:30pm and I’m kind of still slight rashing and itching but no hives yet.
I also had some Aldi version of Wheat Thins. It is called Savoritz Reduced Fat Thin Wheat Crackers. The ingredients in that include the following:
Whole Wheat Flour, Sugar, Canola And/ or Soybean and /or palm oil with TBHQ added to preserve freshness, corn starch, contains 2% or less of salt, malt cereal syrup, invert sugar, calciu phosphat (levening) baking soda, annatto (extract color), oleoresin tumeric (color) sodium sulfite. Perhaps am allergic to oats also because I had Aveeno lotion which caused my left and right palms to break out.
