Turkey with Creamy Cucumber sandwich
2 slices of sprouted grain whole wheat bread
2 Slices of marbled bread
1/2 cup of plain fat free yogurt
2 fresh dill sprigs
Cucumbers sliced thinly
1/2 cup of sprouts
Red onion sliced
1/16 teaspoon of black pepper
4 ounces of turkey breast sliced thinly
Mix the yogurt with some dill and onion and pepper and some cucumbers.
Put this on the each of the bread slices on one side.
Put the turkey and cucumber only on the wheat slices.
Cover it with the other slice of bread and then cut diagonally.
Repeat for other slices.
Makes 2 servings.
Roughly 150 Calories and 12 grams protein
