Cheeses come in various varieties.
Roquefort, Cheddar, Brie, Mozerella, Limberger, Goat cheese, Munster, Gorgonzolla, Blue cheese, Camembert, Irish Cheddar, Raw Milk cheddar, String Cheese which is a variation of mozerella, Vermont Cheddar cheese, Colby, Pepper Jack aka dirty cheese, Monterrey Jack.
Some of the great things about cheeses is that it condenses a lot of the nutrients of milk such as calcium and proteins and fats and puts them into a easy to eat and snack on food.
Beware of constipation.
Some of the foods such as Jarlsberg, brie, raw milk cheese and Gouda is know to possibly contain K2 that when paired with Vitamin D is known to be useful for teeth along with the calcium.
Blue cheese has some blue veins caused by an edible type of mold that imparts its greenish blue hue.
